Supporting every child to flourish as their authentic self
School Packages
I offer a range of Educational Psychology services across individual, group, and whole-school or trust-wide levels. My work is flexible and responsive, meaning time can be used in a way that best meets the needs and priorities of your setting.
I work relationally, systemically and collaboratively, aiming to build strong, consistent partnerships with schools over time. This allows for meaningful, sustainable change — not just one-off advice.
My work may include:
-
Individual casework (consultation, assessment, formulation and recommendations)
-
Whole-class and whole-school systemic work
-
Staff training and implementation support
-
Solution circles and staff supervision
-
Provision planning and SEND development
-
Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) support
-
Parent consultation and support
-
Multi-agency and complex case work
-
Direct mentoring and therapeutic work with young people
I offer both individual school packages and cluster or trust-wide packages, designed to support longer-term, consistent involvement. These packages allow for a more joined-up approach across settings, with reduced daily rates reflecting commitment to partnership working.
How time is calculated
One day refers to 7 hours. Timings are flexible and can be arranged to fit the school context.
As a guide, an average piece of casework typically involves:
-
Approximately 3 hours for consultation, assessment and observation
-
Approximately 3 hours for formulation and written outcomes
Training is charged at 50% preparation time and 50% delivery time. For example, a 2-hour training session would be charged as 4 hours in total (2 hours preparation and 2 hours delivery).
Use of time
Purchased time can be used flexibly across individual, group and systemic work. The exact use of time will always be planned collaboratively to ensure it aligns with school priorities and has a meaningful impact.
All schools purchasing a package will receive a complimentary 2-hour planning meeting to support initial discussions, identify priorities, and agree how time will be used across the academic year.
Packages and Pricing
Packages are tailored to reflect the needs of individual schools and trusts.
I offer a range of options for both single-school and multi-school (cluster or trust) working, with daily rates adjusted based on the level of commitment and number of days commissioned across the academic year.
