My Mission

At Blossom Educational Psychology, my aim is to understand each young person in the context of their world, and to support them to flourish as their authentic self — working alongside the adults around them to create meaningful, lasting change.

Relational & Person-Centred

Building strong, trusting relationships sits at the heart of my work. I take time to really get to know each young person, listening to their voice and understanding their experiences within the context of their world.

Strengths-Based & Solution-Focused

I focus on what is working, as well as what feels difficult. My aim is to support adults and young people to feel confident in moving forward, with practical, achievable strategies that build on existing strengths.

Trauma-Informed & Compassionate

I recognise that behaviour is communication, and that experiences shape how children and young people engage with the world. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion and a non-judgemental understanding of need.

Systemic & Joined-Up Thinking

I work not only with the individual, but with the systems around them — including school, family and wider professionals. This helps to ensure support is consistent, meaningful and sustainable over time.

Assessment, Intervention & Impact

My work brings together assessment, formulation and practical support. I aim to ensure that all work leads to meaningful change — not just understanding, but clear, actionable next steps that make a difference in everyday practice.
